MOUNTAIN WELLNESS WALKS

The IT'S OK NOT TO BE OK team will conduct various mountain walks in Wales, Scotland, Peak District and Lake District throughout the year. They will create an opportunity for people to attend an organised day out. These walks are a excellent opportunity for people to take a break from their current life struggles and get some fresh air, exercise and take in the beautiful views.

We will also arrange and plan school, college, business & corporation mountain walks. If this is something that interests you please contact the team.
